At ARTSI STUDIOS, every product is created and prepared with attention to quality, packaging, and presentation.
Because we produce visual identity pieces and custom-style wall art, we ask customers to review orders carefully before confirming purchases.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a major printing defect
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
Requests sent after this period may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Orders confirmed incorrectly by the customer
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used or damaged products caused after delivery
- Customized or personalized products

- Failed delivery attempts due to unreachable contact information
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipping begins.
Once an order enters production or is shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
